Merri-Bek City Council
In June 2025, Merri-bek City Council engaged Juzz Consulting to provide strategic technology procurement support on their Elevate Transformation Program.
We managed software and delivery partner procurement processes end to end, managing clarifications from the market and coordinating and facilitating a complex evaluation and moderation process to down select to a suitable shortlist. This shortlist was then provided an opportunity to present their solution and areas of risk that were raised by the evaluators. We acted as lead negotiator and work directly with the preferred suppliers to deliver a suitable contract which was executed within a very tight deadline aligning to Council Meetings.
Hume Rural Health Alliance
Hume Rural Health Alliance received initial funding to commence its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) journey. This funding allowed the region to start preparing for a single, integrated EMR and PAS solution across all member services in the Hume region.
Juzz Consulting was engaged to develop a procurement strategy which was anchored to the overarching EMR preparation plan. We conducted thorough market research to identify potential solutions, assessing their capabilities for the healthcare context and consideration of options around contracting and partnership from a risk and benefit perspective.
